Return aur Refund Policy - Aasan Bazaar

Aasan Bazaar par hamari koshish hoti hai ke aapko behtreen quality ki cheezein milein. Agar aap apni kharidari se mukammal taur par mutmain (satisfied) nahi hain, to hum yahan aapki madad ke liye maujood hain.

1. Return ki Muddat (7 Days Return)

Aap koi bhi item milne ke 7 din ke andar return kar sakte hain. Agar item mile hue 7 din se zyada ho gaye hain, to afsoos ke hum aapko refund ya exchange offer nahi kar sakenge.

2. Return ki Sharait (Conditions)

Item ko return karne ke liye darj-zail sharait ka hona zaroori hai:

  • Item original halat mein hona chahiye, jaise aapko mila tha.

  • Item istemal shuda (used) nahi hona chahiye.

  • Item ki original packaging aur tamam tags/labels barkarar hone chahiye.

3. Return Ka Tariqa-e-Kaar (Process)

Return shuru karne ke liye:

  1. Hamare WhatsApp number [+923281247768] ya Email [aasanbazaar01@gmail.com] par apna Order ID aur item ki tasveer/video bhejein.

  2. Hamari team aapki request ka jaiza legi.

  3. Approval ke baad, aapko item hamare diye gaye pate (address) par wapas bhejna hoga. (Note: Wapsi ke shipping charges customer ko ada karne honge, jab tak ke item kharab ya galat na bheja gaya ho).

4. Refund (Raqam ki Wapsi)

Jab humein aapka return kiya gaya item mil jayega aur uska jaiza le liya jayega, to hum aapko notify karenge.

  • Agar return approve ho jata hai, to aapka refund 3 se 5 karobari din (business days) ke andar process kar diya jayega

5. Exchange (Tabdeeli)

Agar aapko galat ya kharab (damaged) item mila hai, to hum usay muft (free) tabdeel kar ke denge. Bas aapne 24 ghante ke andar humse rabta karna hai.
